In the midst of strife and joys, Linda Faye Maxwell departed this life peacefully on Monday, January 13, 2025. She was born on November 23, 1946 to the late Robert Thomas Anderson and Ernestine Anderson in Bedford County.

She attended Bedford County Training School and continued her life as a production worker for Jostens for several years. She was a loving person who had an extraordinary gift for nurturing deep, lasting relationships with those around her. She loved cooking, gambling and watching Lifetime.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernestine and Robert Anderson; one son, Robert Anderson; three brothers, Larry Anderson, Robert Anderson and T.L. Anderson; and one devoted cousin, Westley Wilson.

She leaves to cherish her memory, a devoted daughter, Aretha Anderson; sons, Joseph (Tara) Maxwell and Calvin Maxwell, both of Shelbyville, TN; one brother, Bobby (Jackie) Anderson; sisters-in-law, Martha Anderson and Margie Anderson; four grandchildren, Donovan Maxwell and Michaux Maxwell of Shelbyville, TN, Kimberly Anderson of Florida and Triston Maxwell of Knoxville, TN; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
