Charles Devon Lillard, AKA “Charlie Hustle”,  was born on June 30, 1970, in McMinnville Tennessee.  He left this earthly life on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

He was educated in the Rutherford County School System of  Murfreesboro, Tennessee.       

He was preceded in death by his father, James I. Woods and son Teandrius Womack; four uncles, Jewell Lillard, Paul Lillard Hollis Winton III, and Terry Allen Woods; three aunts, Lucille Richardson, Barbara (Woods) Vasquez and Eva Lillard.                                                  

Charles is survived by his mom, Eldora Ann Woods of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; two brothers, James Terry (Denise) Lillard of Smyrna, Tennessee and Anthony Jerome (Kola )Woods of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; one sister, Anissha Beasley of  Smyrna Tennessee; four nieces, Sinqueta Davis of Atlanta, Georgia, Vatia Laterria Stroble, Deshay Lateria Woods and Necole Norman all of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; one nephew, Anthony Jerome Woods, Jr. of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; one step-nephew, Ondrikas Miller of Kokomo, Indiana; two uncles, Charles Lillard and Larry Elder, four aunts, Hilleen William, Janese Elder, Terri Lillard and Tracy Sanders; and a host of great nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
