Perry Lewis Osborne was born January 17, 1957, to the late Winford Osborne Jr., and Vinnie Osborne Rucker.  He departed this life on February 16, 2022, following an extended illness. Preceding him in death was one son, Perry Lepal Osborne, and one brother, Michael Ervin Osborne.

Perry attended Christiana Elementary School in Christiana Tennessee and Cascade Middle School in Bell Buckle Tennessee. While attending Cascade Middle School, he enjoyed playing basketball.

His hobbies included fishing, cooking, and providing DJ entertainment for various occasions.

Perry was employed as a long-haul truck driver until his health began to fail.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Vinnie Rucker of Bell Buckle, Tennessee; three children: one son, Jessie James of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and two daughters, Jackie Brinkley and Rakishea Burns both of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; two sisters, Lisa (Geno) Demons of Mableton, Georgia and Trina (Gregory) Pugh of Cleveland, Tennessee; five brothers, Timmy (Wilma) Osborne of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Allen Osborne of Bell Buckle Tennessee, Demetrius Huvon Osborne of Athens, Tennessee, Lonnie (Winona) Osborne of Clarksville, Tennessee and one Brother/Cousin, Jeff Bowen of Nashville Tennessee; eleven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two God children; Jordon Streeter and Steven McGee both of Shelbyville, Tennessee; and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
