Roger Wayne Miller, known as Me-Me, departed this life on September 15, 2022, at his home.  He was a loving husband, devoted brother and a wonderful father and grandfather.  He was born July 26, 1950, to the late Andrew and Della Miller in Christiana, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nancy Miller; and brothers, Bobby Miller and Billy Miller.

Roger attended Christiana Elementary school and soon after, joined the United States Navy where he received an Honorable Discharged for his duties.  After returning from the Navy, he became a self-made, sought out Masonry. He perfected this craft through years of traveling with different construction companies. 

Roger was a lifelong fan of the St. Louis Rams, which changed to Los Angeles Rams, but he stayed dedicated to his team.  You can always call Roger and ask about any football game, he would be able to tell you who was playing, who they were playing, what channel and who he THOUGHT was gonna win!

He loves spending time with his family and grandchildren, hanging with his brother Pop and never missed a 7:30 p.m. call with his sister Alline. At any given time, him and Kaye would be sitting on the porch waving and talking to everybody that drove or walked by. No matter what you called him either it be Roger, daddy, “Roger Miller”, granddaddy, granddaddy Roger, Uncle Roger or Me-Me he will be greatly missed and each and every memory cherished.

Roger Wayne Miller leaves to cherish his memories, his beautiful wife, Theresa Kaye McHenry Miller; devoted daughter, Anita McAdoo; son, Graylon “RJ” R.W. Miller; stepson, Cory McHenry; six grandchildren, Darius McAdoo, Brandi McAdoo, Ditez Windrow, Lacoria McHenry, Cortez McHenry and Ariana McHenry; 12 great grandchildren but 3 who tugged on his heart and could get whatever they wanted with just a sad look, Cash Ferguson, Koda McAdoo, Kalikah McAdoo; godchildren, Carl Harris, Camillia Harris and Jamal Ferguson; brothers, Andrew (Faye) Miller and James Miller; sisters, Alline Lanier and Carlice Knox; brother in law, football buddy and devoted friend, Jamie King; brothers in law, Anthony McCullough and Scott McCullough; sisters in law, Sandra King, Francine Sneed, Connie Verge and Robin Young; devoted niece, Revondia Crutchfield; special friends and family, Benita Ramsey, Latosha McClain McHenry, Raymond Pugh, Barry Daniels and Linda McHenry; and many other relatives, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
