Saturday, February 22, 2014 First Baptist Church Interment Ronald Romonio Anderson was born March 16, 1950 in Philadelphia. He departed this life February 12, 2014 at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. Ronnie lived in Anderson, South Carolina until the age of five and then was brought to Philadelphia where he went to school. Since he was the only boy, he was spoiled. His mother departed when Ronnie was a teenager. His older sister Janie continued raising him. Ronnie graduated from Germantown High School in Philadelphia. Ronnie then joined the Army, where he served in Vietnam. Ronnie left the service and went to live with his sister Phyllis. Later on in life, he moved to Knoxville, TN and lived with his sister Diane. Upon leaving Knoxville, Ronnie moved to Murfreesboro where he met his lifelong mate, Jinnie Crockett (fiancé) and her children and grandchildren: Theresa Crockett, Charlene Hampton and Charles Crockett, Jr.; grandkids, Keyosha Jordan, Zeyon Lyons and Danielle Hampton. Jinnie and Troy were with Ron throughout his illness. Ronald Romonio Anderson was the son of the late James and Helen Anderson. He was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Hatch; one daughter Venita and son Kalyon. Ronnie is survived by three sisters, Jamesena (Victor) Yip, Diane (John) Jordan and Phyllis (Josh) Jones; nephews, Toi, Allen, Michael, Mark, Eddie, Tony, Troy (who lived with Ronnie), Milton and Sean; one niece, Victoria; host of cousins, great-nieces and nephews; and devoted friends, Dale Maglorie, Kenny Matthews and best friend Willie.
