Betty Jane Glimps was born March 15, 1932 in Woodbury, Tennessee to the late Mayne “Doc” Glimps and Lillian Stewart Glimps. She peacefully transitioned this life to her eternal home March 31, 2022. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Glimps, Thomas Glimps, Mayne Glimps and Claude Glimps.

She leaves to cherish her memory: devoted sisters, Sue Alexander, Judy (Richard) Cope, Faye Glimps; loving brother, Charlie (Blanche) Glimps; loving cousins, Virginia Pinkerton and Margaret Alexander; devoted nieces Kristal Alexander, Julia Cope and Kim Jones; devoted nephew Gregory Glimps; special friend, Janet Cope; along with a host of other nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
