Mrs. Shirley Ann Scott, age 74 of Shelbyville, Tennessee, transitioned from her earthly home on January 28, 2025 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

Shirley was born August 26, 1950 in Lewisburg, Tennessee to Willis (Termite) and Kathleen Robinson Allen.

Shirley was baptized at an early age. She worked at several restaurants and retired from Tyson after several years of service.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe Russell Ross Scott; daughter, Valeria J. Brazelton and siblings, Lou Faye Perry and Missionary Erlene Ransom.

Shirley leaves to cherish her memories, two sons, Wyatt E. Allen of Shelbyville, TN and Lonnie Bradford Kelley of Georgia; grandchildren, Carnisha (James) Foy of Shelbyville, TN, Shelitta Allen of Georgia, Quintus Brazelton of Tullahoma, TN, Brittany Kelley, Wyatt Robert Allen of Columbia, TN, Tristan Harden of Columbia, TN and Amber Williams; sisters, Dora Tillman, Mary Young, Lydia Allen, Joyce Allen all of Shelbyville, TN, Mamie Allen of Antioch, TN and Laura Perry of Sommerville, TN; brother, Edward Lewis Allen; devoted nephew, Cedric Anderson; brother-in-law, Richard Scott; and a host of great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends.
